Iris's client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Sr Business Analyst (AODA experience) for a long term contract opportunity .

Bank is serving individual consumers, small and middle market businesses and large corporations with a full range of banking, investing, asset management and other financial and risk-management products and services.

Position: Sr Business Analyst (AODA experience)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid Position)

Duration: Long Term Contract (12+ Months)

Must have Skills:

  • Must have experience working within Banking and Financial Services Industry as a Business Analyst /Business Systems Analyst.
  • Strong Core Business Analysis Skills, along with experience documenting and managing User Stories.
  • Experience working in an Agile lab environment.
  • Must have knowledge on AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act),& FX (Foreign Exchange)
  • Experience in Jira/Confluence.
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management experience
