Teacup Tech Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst - IT Risk Management, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating IT risks that could impact our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirements elicitation to understand business needs and identify potential IT risks
  • Develop and implement IT risk management programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and risk tolerance
  • Establish processes and policies for managing risks and ensure ongoing monitoring, auditing, and reviewing of IT risk management practices
  • Communicate risk management strategies to stakeholders and educate staff about IT risks and best practices
  • Experience with risk assessment methodologies and frameworks such as ISO 27001, FAIR, NIST, or COBIT
  • Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP
  • Experience working in or for the public sector in Canada

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Five (5) years experience as a senior business analyst working in Information Technology with a focus on IT Risk Management Programs
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English
