This individual will be responsible for supporting the Property Manager in daily operations involving leases and building management.

Duties:

  • Issue purchase orders
  • Review monthly financial statements
  • Support with budgeting on a portfolio of properties
  • Manage clients with regard to collections and receivables
  • Administer lease-related paperwork
  • Monitor maintenance requests
  • Coordinate meet and greets
  • Responsible for rent collection

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial property experience is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related is an asset
  • Knowledge of English and French is required
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Yardi.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective, written and spoken, communication skills
