WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all move-out documentation (SODAs).
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of month-end payment processing.
  • Organize and prepare tenant files and documentation for submission to third-party collections agencies.
  • Handle the processing of tenant write-offs in accordance with company policies.
  • Address and resolve issues related to electronic fund transfers and tenant cheques returned due to non-sufficient funds (NSF).
  • Process and manage utility chargebacks to tenants.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance in the accounting system.
  • We are an agile team and embracing additional responsibilities is a normal part of our culture .

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • 2+ years of recent experience in handling Accounts Receivable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and data management.
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
