Systems Support Analyst

Brandt is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and maintaining the UKG Kronos Workforce Central Time and Attendance package, as well as assisting with other systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting UKG products or other time tracking software packages. The analyst will work closely with payroll and the business to ensure employees are properly paid and time is billed appropriately. They will be responsible for all aspects of maintaining and supporting UKG.

The candidate will obtain advanced knowledge in all areas of the Distributed Products Division, working closely with vendors, developers, and business users. Ensure all business processes conducted using the deployed software are documented, including all associated reports, data inputs, and outputs. Work with the business and the supplier of the software to ensure that any proposed business process changes are not detrimental to the overall system or other areas of the user community. Be instrumental in testing with business end users and new features and functions as well as any changes prior to deploying in a production environment.


Required Skills
  • Work with the business end users and business process owners to ensure the systems are performing their intended role at Brandt.
  • Ensure all changes to the systems deployed are documented.
  • Ensure all business processes are properly documented.
  • Ensure end user training materials are current and available.
  • Work collaboratively with all other IT disciplines at Brandt.
  • Ensure that all work artifacts are properly documented and documentation is maintained.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Other duties as required.

Required Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with deployed software or 5 years experience supporting software applications.
  • Experience with UKG (Kronos) Workforce Central or other time tracking software.
  • Working knowledge of Business Systems such as ERP, CRM, or SCM is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of requirements gathering, facilitation, testing of software processes is an asset.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to end users.
  • Previous experience working on or participating in an IT Systems Project is an asset.
