Reporting to the Aftermarket Sales Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting activities related to the Aftermarket quotes offered to our customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. This person must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and support.

TASKS

· Identify customer’s needs for Aftermarket products and services
· Create quotes on SalesForce
· Create sales orders on Epicor
· Send quotes to applicable customers
· Follow up with customers on provided quotes
· Acknowledge reception of applicable POs
· Process approved orders
· Keep customers updated on the status of their orders
· Advise Accounting when orders are ready to be invoiced
· Keep records updated on SalesForce
· Other tasks assigned by the Aftermarket Sales Manager

Qualifications / Education requirements

· College degree
· Minimum of 2 years of experience on a similar position
· Innate talent for customer service
· Excellent customer service and after-sales service skills
· Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Outlook
· Strong organization skills with a keen eye for detail
· Demonstrated excellence in organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
· Collaborative individual who can work equally well independently and as part of a team
· Bilingual: English & French

Sous la responsabilité du directeur des ventes après-vente, le coordinateur du service à la clientèle est chargé de soutenir les activités liées aux devis après-vente proposés à nos clients tout en veillant à la satisfaction de ces derniers. Cette personne doit faire preuve de solides compétences interpersonnelles afin de fournir un excellent service et soutien à la clientèle.

TÂCHES

- Identifier les besoins des clients en matière de produits et de services après-vente.
- Créer des devis sur SalesForce
- Créer des commandes de vente sur Epicor
- Envoyer les devis aux clients concernés
- Assurer le suivi des devis avec les clients
- Accuser réception des commandes applicables
- Traiter les commandes approuvées
- Tenir les clients au courant de l'état de leurs commandes
- Informer la comptabilité lorsque les commandes sont prêtes à être facturées
- Tenir les dossiers à jour dans SalesForce
- Autres tâches assignées par le directeur des ventes après-vente

Qualifications / Formation requise

- Diplôme universitaire
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Talent inné pour le service à la clientèle
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de service après-vente
- Maîtrise d'Excel, de PowerPoint, de Word et de Microsoft Outlook
- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et sens aigu du détail
- Excellent sens de l'organisation, de la hiérarchisation des priorités et des tâches multiples.
- Collaborateur capable de travailler aussi bien de manière indépendante qu'en équipe.
- Bilingue : anglais et français
