This includes and is not limited to; trucks, trailers, vehicles, tractors and sprayers etc. as well as greenhouses and field equipment (water booms, generators, planting lines, etc.)Implement and upkeep a preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment and vehiclesEnsure MVI (motor vehicle inspections) are up to date, and all maintenance and repairs documents are current and organizedBuild upon and expand the use of RTA for maintenance organization and cost trackingSupport Maintenance and Construction ProjectsSupport AB Projects and Facilities Maintenance Manager where needed in regards to new construction and major renovationsEnsure maintenance project costs are being tracked for future reference and budgetingCollaborationCollaborate with the BC Project/Facilities/Fleet Manager to ensure alignment in maintenance programs across locationsWork together with the AB Operations Team to determine priority and schedule maintenance and projectsLead the both the greenhouse and shop maintenance crews with their day to day tasks.
