**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- **Plant Propagation**: Assist in the propagation of various plant cuttings, ensuring quality and proper handling techniques.
- **Planting and Spacing**: Carry out planting, spacing, and spiking tasks to ensure optimal growth and spacing within greenhouse rows.
- **Order Fulfillment and Shipping**: Prepare plants for shipping, including packing and labeling, to meet quality and customer standards.
- **General Greenhouse Support**: Assist with weeding, pruning and more as needed to maintain plant health and greenhouse upkeep.
- **Production Line Tasks**: Participate in production line duties, including sorting, quality control, and other tasks as required.
- **Health and Safety**: Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and team members.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Help maintain a clean, organized workspace and perform light equipment maintenance when needed.

- **Flexible and Available**: Willing to work longer hours during peak shipping seasons to support team goals.
- **Previous Greenhouse Experience**: Experience in greenhouse work is a plus, though we’re happy to train motivated individuals.

**COMPENSATION**

The starting wage is $17 per hour, depending on your expertise and experience.
