Position Purpose

The Associate Vice President (AVP), Marketing New Member Acquisition will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer as part of the Marketing Leadership team. In this role, you will be armed with an incredible supply of thought leadership and a distinctive brand for which to generate demand. Your main goal will be to devise and implement performance marketing strategies aimed at boosting demand, acquiring customers, and driving revenue growth. This role demands a blend of visionary thinking and practical execution to propel our company forward. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious growth objectives, making your mark on both our market presence and internal team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Acquisition Marketing strategy to generate qualified leads, sales meetings, and pipeline growth through a multitude of channels.
  • Design and shape the next generation of our marketing and demand generation strategy.
  • Forecast, track, manage and report on the marketing performance and budget including MQL/SQL process, lead scoring and attribution. Evolve our current lead attribution model. Manage and continually optimize program spending for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with Acquisition Sales leadership to support Sales Goal achievement and drive overall sales results.
  • Work closely with the various Acquisition Sales Teams to ensure processes, systems, and approaches are optimized for the sales staff.
  • Lead the New Member Acquisition Marketing team on program and campaign execution across North American, UK and APAC markets.
  • Organize and prioritize all New Member Acquisition Marketing team's projects, campaigns and other initiatives.
  • Lead from the front, roll up your sleeves, jump in where needed. Provide regular hands-on support to your team to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and programs.
  • Mentor, grow, and recruit a New Member Acquisition Marketing team that will help Info-Tech scale into the future.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, new technologies and strategies to drive innovation and ensure compliance.
Key Selection Criteria
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, 5+ years of management experience. At Info-Tech, we don’t measure skills in the number of years but in outcomes achieved, getting things done, true passion, and outstanding collaboration.
  • Deep experience with high growth and scaling organization with global footprint and multiple products. Been there, done that
  • Proven track record in devising and executing cost-effective performance marketing strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • A true builder with a ‘roll up the sleeves’ mentality and hands-on approach. Info-Tech is a hands-on organization. High-flying marketing executive who is focusing more on which Marketing conference to attend next rather than driving results and owning your own documents?   • Proven success in mid-market and enterprise with B2B knowledge-based products.
  • Ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance return on investment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and handling multiple projects.
