Workday Support and Configuration SpecialistStart Date: as soon as possible. As a Workday Configuration and Development Specialist, you will support the HRIS, CHCM, and PRO modules of Workday, and drive improvements in its capabilities and usage. You’ll provide global user support, troubleshoot issues, and implement new functionality.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Support and manage Workday modules, including HRIS, CHCM, and PRO, to ensure smooth operations.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues and concerns related to Workday promptly and effectively.Recommend and implement new functionalities and enhancements in Workday to boost system performance and efficiency.Partner with HR, Procurement, and Finance teams to facilitate effective Organizational Change Management during process changes and system implementations.Coordinate and provide comprehensive training for Workday go-lives and process changes, ensuring resources and support are effectively managed.Collaborate with IT to update Workday configurations, aligning them with company goals and policy changes.Review and assess Workday processes, recommend improvements, and ensure alignment with current policies and practices.Test system changes to ensure they meet required specifications and operate efficiently.Education and certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a four-year degree.Required Skills: Over 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday, including configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.Proven ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams and build strong, positive relationships across all organizational levels, from executives to staff.Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsSkilled in managing organizational change, providing strategic support to impacted areas, and ensuring smooth transitions during process updates.Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with Power BI is highly preferred.Spécialiste du support et configuration de WorkdayDate de début : dès que possible. Tester les changements de système pour s'assurer qu'ils répondent aux spécifications requises et fonctionnent efficacement.Formation et certifications : Diplôme de Systèmes d'Information ou domaine connexe requis. Une expérience professionnelle équivalente peut être considérée à la place d'un diplôme de quatre ans.Compétences requises : Plus de 3 ans d'expérience pratique avec Workday, y compris la configuration, le dépannage et les améliorations.Capacité éprouvée à collaborer efficacement au sein d'équipes diversifiées et à établir des relations solides et positives à tous les niveaux de l'organisation, des cadres aux employés.Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office.Compétence en gestion du changement organisationnel, fourniture d'un soutien stratégique aux domaines concernés et garantie de transitions fluides lors des mises à jour des processus.Capacité à travailler de manière autonome avec peu de supervision, démontrant de fortes compétences en résolution de problèmes et une adaptabilité dans un environnement de travail dynamique et rapide.Compétences préférées : Familiarité avec Power BI est fortement préférée.
