Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Talent Consultant to drive successful implementations and deliver exceptional results for our clients at Active Cyber.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and test the Workday Talent module for clients to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Lead design and confirmation sessions with clients to guarantee successful implementations and meet their functional requirements.
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Advise clients on best practices and product knowledge to enhance their Workday Talent experience.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve this goal.
  • Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets to drive business growth and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Workday Certification in Talent, with Workday Certification in other modules being a plus.
  • 3-5 years of project implementation experience and/or experience leading at least 3 full life cycle Workday Talent implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Talent module and Workday Methodology, with experience with tenant configurations and tenant builds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal) to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
