Digital Content Designer - Job DescriptionThe Content Designer will join the bank’s Digital journey team that supports both new-to-bank clients and existing clients in opening new accounts or acquiring new services through self-serve and advisor-assisted digital channelsThe Content Designer will support one or more delivery squads in designing, with their design partners, features that support the business objectives and strategic priorities of the journeyThese features are typically refinements or additions to client acquisition flows and are intended to increase the likelihood that a new or existing client will complete the acquisition of a product or serviceDigital Content Designer - Mandatory SkillsA portfolio of work samples showcasing your copywriting workA post-secondary education, ideally with a university degree or college diploma4-7 years of Content Writing experience at a creative agency or in-house creative teamWriting and delivering production-ready content for digital products, and managing the content lifecycle through all phases (ideation, review, stakeholder approval, translation, version control, repository management, etc.)Identifying the need for, and creating, complex communications and messaging related to underlying system activity, user comprehension and task completion, and effective conversation with usersAbility to create or contribute to product design work in FigmaWorking in an Agile setting and a proven track record of working closely with product owners and developerDigital Content Designer- Preferred SkillsA working knowledge of accessibility standards and methods to address them (nice to have)Digital Content Designer - Assignment Start Date ASAP – 12 months to start Digital Content Designer - Assignment Location Toronto, ON – Work Hybrid
