Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from clients promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs, offering empathetic support, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Coordinate client appointments, consultations, and meetings with attorneys, ensuring optimal scheduling and efficient use of resources.
  • Provide accurate information about our legal services, practice areas, and processes to clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their interaction with our firm.
  • Record client interactions, inquiries, and relevant details in our CRM system accurately and comprehensively, maintaining detailed and organized records.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met, addressing any outstanding issues or concerns and providing timely updates on the status of their inquiries or cases.


Qualifications:

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for helping others and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and find effective solutions to client inquiries or concerns.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in recording and documenting client information and interactions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism and composure.
  • Basic understanding of legal terminology, processes, and procedures is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
