Sales and Operation Liaison

Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for a motivated Sales and Operations Liaison who works well with executives but is also able to work independently and thrives working with multiple tasks on the go. Responsibilities:
Will act as a liaison between the Sales and Operations Teams
Act as a key contact point for Sales and Operations
Work as a right hand to the CEO – Attending meetings, taking notes, making suggestions, and communicating updates to the President and Director of Operations
Assist with providing support to the sales team by addressing operational issues and optimizing sales tools.
Assist in developing and delivering training materials and resources to enhance the effectiveness of sales representatives.
Ensure that sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and information to succeed.
Assist the executive team with various sales-related projects and initiatives.
Engage in market research and analysis to uncover and pursue all avenues to generate business opportunities and support agent training.
Analyze data and provide important visualization and dashboards that clearly communicates complex data in a simple form to non-technical audience
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor positioning, and market opportunities to align our offerings effectively.
Keeping vital information and documents organized physically, and electronically.
Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.

Sales operations liaisons ensure that the orchestra—comprising sales reps, marketing, finance, and logistics—plays in harmony. They fine-tune processes, troubleshoot issues, and keep everyone coordinated.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related is an asset
Experience working in the insurance industry considered is required
Experience working in an Insurance Sales role will be an asset
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities — Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities effectively.
Effective problem-solving and investigative skills.
Reliable, trustworthy, proactive, with a keen sense of ownership and initiative.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Approachable and professional in delivering challenging information via in-person, phone, and email interactions.
Strong computer skills with a capacity to learn new systems.
Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive, proactive attitude.
Positive demeanor with an openness to constructive feedback.
Proficiency in French or Spanish is a significant asset; willingness to learn these languages is also valued.
