Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Wireless Store Manager to lead and motivate a team of Sales Representatives, drive sales success, and elevate our customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and Motivate a Team: Inspire and guide a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  2. Engage Customers: Participate in sales activities and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  3. Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
  4. Monitor Performance: Evaluate the performance of Sales Representatives, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  5. Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer escalations and maintain the highest level of service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Manage Inventory and Operations: Oversee inventory levels, implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover, and manage product placement and signage to maximize sales.
  7. Adhere to Store Budgets: Effectively manage expenses, labor costs, and financial performance to meet store-level budgets.
