We have a fantastic 11-month fixed-term opportunity until September 2025 for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our passionate and dedicated Talent Acquisition team.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role will be responsible for overseeing both our Contractor and Digital portfolios.

As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract and select top talent both within New Zealand and internationally. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and have a sound understanding of current organisational priorities and constraints.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice and partnering with the business
  • Advertising, screening, and actively sourcing candidates
  • Coordinating interviews, pre-employment checks, and onboarding documentation
  • Enhancing our employment branding in the market
  • Increasing visibility and transparency of key metrics for our contingency workforce
  • Ensuring compliance with all labour regulations and employment law
  • Identifying process and system improvement opportunities

We're looking for someone who loves building relationships and getting meaningful work done. You will bring:

  • Previous internal recruitment experience
  • Experience managing a varied and busy contractor portfolio
  • Experience using search tools and creating talent pipelines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience recruiting in the Digital industry is desirable
