Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations at the federal, provincial, and local levels.
  • Oversee payroll processing, including accurate and timely payroll administration.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide general executive support and office management.
  • Manage and oversee all office communications and activities.
  • Assist with purchasing, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the SaaS Companies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and experience with HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to HR management.
  • Experience working in a multi-national environment is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is necessary
  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in an office setting, asset management, work environment maintenance and improvement and team activities organization.
