As a flexible Director of Talent Management, you will provide essential and customer-focused thought guidance and direction on the company's global talent strategy to attract, engage, align and retain high-performing talent. The business is undergoing a transformation, and this role offers a genuine opportunity to make an impact through influencing and building the organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Being accountable for the global talent strategy and developing and implementing all talent programs.
  2. Being a subject matter expert, guiding executives and senior administration related to talent, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives aligned to business objectives.
  3. Facilitating the development of organizational and functional competencies.
  4. Directing the design, development, and implementation of global talent and organizational effectiveness programs.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in human resources, specializing in organizational effectiveness and development, talent management, change management, employee engagement, and culture, preferably for a large, manufacturing-based, multi-location, or global organization.
  • A university degree specializing in human resources or a related field; a Master’s degree or CHRL designation would be ideal.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to plan, manage, and implement multiple, large-scale projects from the envisioning stage through to implementation.
  • Outstanding consulting and coaching skills and experience with large-scale change initiatives.
