Responsibilities:
  1. Lead design projects and provide technical expertise on mechanical building systems.
  2. Coach and mentor junior engineers and project teams.
  3. Engage in hands-on technical work as required throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements:
  1. Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma, with 7+ years of experience as a professional Engineer.
  2. Detailed understanding of all building systems, including architectural, structural, civil, electrical, and fire, and how they impact and are impacted by the mechanical systems.
  3. Excellent written skills and understanding of software programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Word.
  4. An ability to schedule, mentor, and manage project teams of 1-3 people, on 2 or more concurrent projects.
  5. A willingness to jump-in on projects and be hands-on technically when required.
