· Proven leadership skills to effectively motivate, train, and supervise a team of forklift operators.
· In-depth knowledge of forklift operations, including the ability to train and develop operators in advanced forklift techniques.

· Strong written communication skills are necessary for creating reports and handling technical and business correspondence.

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role with supervisory responsibilities, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment.
· Extensive experience with both Propane and Electric (EV) Forklifts, as well as various types of forklifts, including rotators, articulators, and forklifts ranging from 10 to 15 tons.
