Responsibilities (Admin Assistant)

  • Data entry (Excel spreadsheets).
  • Manage own time and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.

  • Respond to customer needs / Identify solutions.
  • Manage applicants on job advertisement sites.
  • Support the hiring process.
