THE POSITION

You'll plan, coordinate and implement a wellness action plan, drawing on our school board's internal and external resources. THE RESPONSABILITIES
Participate in the implementation of the school board’s Commitment to Success Plan’s Wellness objectives.
Familiarize with relevant programs (such as EKIP, EPANOUIR, etc.), evaluate their relevance, inform stakeholders, and facilitate their implementation.
Analyze community needs regarding the promotion of healthy lifestyles.
Identify available resources within and outside the school board.
Consult stakeholders, develop an action plan, inform management staff of services and establishments, and make recommendations.
Develop and conduct awareness, information, and training activities for staff involved in various programs and activities.
Support school teams in conducting the Our School Survey.
Organize events such as the School Board's Cross-Country.
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with representatives of partner organizations to obtain or provide advice or information.
Inform concerned organizations about the resources and services of the school board and its schools.
Represent the school board with various partners and resources, lead specialist meetings, and coordinate the work of groups related to the theme.
Participate in provincial meetings of learning centers, as well as meetings with the MEQ, CISSS/CIUSSS promotion teams, and the CLC network.
Periodically evaluate activities related to the intervention theme.
Provide feedback, produce reports, and make recommendations for activity implementation.
Coordinate and implement the school board's plan for engagement towards success in terms of well-being.
Support school principals and CDAs of Community Learning Centers.
Organize meetings with CLC participants.
Attend activities of complementary educational services.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written French.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, school principals, and external organizations.
Willingness and ability to travel to various schools within the Board's territory.
Ability to establish relationships based on courtesy, respect, and integrity.
Respect for the direction and values of the school and community.
