SSCNet, a product in the Financial Markets Group of SS&C, is seeking an experienced client services professional to support our electronic post trade solutions for financial industry participants: Custody Banks, Brokers, and Investment Managers. We have an existing global business that provides end-to-end communication solutions including our proprietary SSCNet system, as well as interfaces to various industry standard networks.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Provide day-to-day client support to existing and new SSCNet Clients
  • Provide SSCNet training to clients
  • Assist Implementation and Migration group when required
  • Liaise with ITS and Development teams
  • Assist Product Management group when required
  • Participate in testing application upgrades
  • Participate in after hours on-call rotation schedule once training cycle is completed
  • Such other activities as you may be assigned by your immediate Manager, or other SS&C Managers or Directors.

What You Will Bring:

  • BS or BA or college equivalent is required.
  • Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course is a definite asset.
  • Experience in the financial industry is preferred, with post trade environment experience a plus
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in a client support capacity.
  • Must be analytical and have solid problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
