Four Counties Addiction Services Team (Fourcast) is a community-based addiction treatment service Four Counties Addiction Services Team (Fourcast) is a community-based addiction provider in the counties of Peterborough, Northumberland and the City of Kawartha Lakes that provides a continuum of treatments that support the health and well-being of individuals and their families who are impacted by addictions. The Human Resources Department within Fourcast plays a vital role in the overall success of the organization.

We are seeking a proactive and versatile individual to join our team for a summer position that entails managing small projects, providing administrative support to various programs, and reception coverage as needed.

This is a temporary summer position (May-Aug) with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in project management, administration, and reception duties. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for learning and contributing to a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

· Completion of first year post-secondary education, in related fields such as Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources.

· Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.

· Previous experience in customer service roles, providing exceptional service to clients and customers.

· Familiarity with reception duties such as multi-line phone systems, copiers an asset.

· Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.

· A professional and welcoming demeanor, with the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.

· Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and excel in an environment characterized by changing priorities.
