Supplier Management Support Analyst - Onboarding/Offboarding Clients On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Supplier Management Support Analyst - Onboarding/Offboarding Clients. Supplier Management Support Analyst - Onboarding/Offboarding Clients - Job DescriptionServe as central point-of-contact for suppliers, business units and Centre of governance offices in managing supplier arrangements from on boarding to off boardingAssist the Business Units (BUs) in performing third party risk assessments and overall due diligenceSupport BUs on the management of supplier performance monitoring and oversight through reviews and documenting required post-contract activities (e.g. SOC reviews, exit · strategies, SM attestations/Performance monitoring, etc.)Engage suppliers where necessary in obtaining documentation and information to support required due diligence reviewLiaise with other departments to onboard applications for user access control monitoring; assist in the implementation of application SSOContinual maintenance of supplier assessments and compliance for internal / external auditsSupplier Management Support Analyst - Onboarding/Offboarding Clients - Mandatory SkillsUniversity Degree or equivalent, in business-related or finance discipline2+ years of relevant professional experience in Managing Suppliers (sourcing or contract · negotiation, supplier risk management or supplier relationship management professionals) or running projects of software implementationExcellent understanding of suppliers, products, and trends in the financial service/investment industryKnowledge of Systems/Software Development Life Cycle, including software models (e.g. · cloud, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, etc.)Strong verbal and written communication capability and presentation skills / Excellent interpersonal skills working in a highly collaborative environmentSupplier Management Support Analyst - Onboarding/Offboarding Clients- Preferred SkillsExperience working in a Cyber Security roleExperience on projects or programs that require acquisition of new supplier or servicesKnowledge of commercial purchase contract languageSupplier Management Support Analyst - Onboarding/Offboarding Clients - Assignment Start Date ASAP – 6 months to start Supplier Management Support Analyst - Onboarding/Offboarding Clients - Assignment Location Toronto, ON – Work Hybrid
