Main Responsibilities:

  • Applying specialized experience with echocardiography, you will support the EQI Program by positively engaging with client facilities and supporting them throughout the accreditation process life cycle.
  • You will collaborate with the team on aspects of the EQI Program site assessment, including but not limited to coordination of physician reviewers; case management activities, timely reporting the Site Reviewers’ assessments, observations and recommendations using approved processes and tools; site visit follow-up activities and communications.
  • Support the development of EQI reports following the site visits and ensure they provide clinically meaningful feedback on opportunities for improving the quality of echocardiography services.
  • Applying education and experience, along with skills of effective written and verbal communication, to champion, quality improvement and change management among stakeholders.
  • You support the development, implementation, and optimization of internal business processes.
  • You provide advice and work collaboratively on strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening strategic capabilities across the organization.
  • You may mentor and guide the work of junior staff, providing performance coaching and feedback.

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree ina health system related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with specialization in cardiac and/or echocardiography.
  • Robust technical knowledge of manufacturer specific ultrasound equipment.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.

  • Have actively participated in the EQI program.
  • Have technical knowledge of MS Office, including Teams.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

In Your First 30-90 Days:

  • Complete our orientation program with other new hires to learn about HSO, our values of trust, inclusion, collaboration, innovation and learning, and our mission of quality improvement in healthcare and social services.
  • Set your performance and learning objectives for the year in collaboration with your people manager.
  • Meet regularly with your people manager to discuss your learning progression and alignment for your accountabilities.
  • Take on assigned initiatives or projects for your role .
