Job Description:

Senior Specialist, Identity & Access Management at Mackenzie Financial Corporation. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and is focused on providing expertise and support to the Identity and Access Management team. The position involves operational activities related to IAM services.

Job Responsibility:

Position: The Senior Specialist, IAM Operations is responsible for day-to-day operational activities providing expertise and support to the Identity and Access Management team. This is a technical role, requiring a proven skill set in maintaining, operating, supporting, and documenting enterprise-class solutions and systems based on industry-standard IAM platforms.

  • Drive and advance Identity management and customer experience capabilities.
  • Manage and operate enterprise IAM platforms including IGA (SailPoint IdentityNow), PAM (CyberArk Privilege Cloud), and Directory Services.
  • Provide second level support to troubleshoot and remediate IAM related issues.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the efficient management of operational functions of all IAM platforms.
  • Conduct routine access certifications to ensure compliance and audit with established standards.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as operational workflows & processes.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple levels of leadership and peers.
Key Candidate Skills:
  • Identity Governance & Administration Platforms (SailPoint IDN).
  • Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault).
  • Windows Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Authentication & Authorization Protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft M365 and Cloud Platform IAM (Azure, GCP, AWS).
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Undergraduate degree with identity management experience in a large organization.
  • 5+ years of operational experience with IAM platforms.
  • Knowledge of security and risk control frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
