Bongarde has been serving organizations since 1990, providing practical compliance and training products to ensure worker safety and up-to-date OHS programs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Online Content Editor. The Online Content Editor will be responsible for content management, web content writing, writing, editing, and digital media tasks. The day-to-day tasks of the Online Content Editor may include creating and editing web content, managing content databases, writing and editing articles, and collaborating with the team to develop engaging online content.Responsibilities Sourcing contentCollaboration with content providersOptimizing websitesOptimizing content for readability and engagementQuality AssuranceResponding to user requestsPosting contentDeveloping and creating new product offerings from contentWorking with marketing to drive engagementWork with contributors to drive editorial plan and support marketing initiativesTurn a word doc into a digestible, readable, engaging content pieceExperienceWordPressAvada themeGoogle AnalyticsContent optimizationWritingProofingBasic graphic design and layout knowledgeEye for detailsAdobe suite experienceKnowledge of safety, environmental, and human resources topics is a plusBachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field is a plus
