We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Made To Order Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and streamline the operations of our made-to-order products, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output.


Primary Responsibilities: (Includes but not limited to)

  • Product Organization: Organize and categorize made-to-order products by group, ensuring clear and accurate documentation for each product category.
  • Fabric Inventory Management: Monitor fabric inventory levels, track usage, and perform regular reconciliations to ensure sufficient stock for production needs.
  • Size Chart Maintenance: Maintain accurate size charts for all products, updating them as necessary to reflect any changes or new product introductions.
  • Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of fabric inventory against production and sales records, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
  • Coordination and Communication: Liaise with the production, design, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of made-to-order products.
  • Data Management: Keep detailed records of inventory, production schedules, and size charts, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurately reflects current operations.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inventory management, production coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
  • Knowledge of fabric and garment production processes is a plus.
