Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at KG Services. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our services. They will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing competitive trends, and creating sales strategies. Some remote work is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in Brantford, ON.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years in environmental remediation/consulting/sales
  • Experience with soil and ground water remediation
  • Experience with conducting sales, project overview and project management of remediation
  • Experience in business development and sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of environmental remediation and facility decommissioning industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
