We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in scaling our revenue, primarily through e-commerce development, while also providing support in logistics, service coordination, basic accounting tasks, and aiding in the development of our inventory management system. Ancaster Food Equipment, with over 30 years of expertise, is North America's largest supplier of refurbished True commercial refrigeration units. We specialize in delivering high-quality refurbished True Glass Door Freezers and Coolers, offering our customers reliable and cost-effective solutions. Our product line also includes new portable sinks, refrigerated prep tables, and a variety of commercial refrigeration products, serving businesses across Canada and the USA.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through e-commerce channels
- Assist with overflow capacity for logistics and service coordination
- Perform basic accounting tasks, including financial record-keeping and reporting
- Aid in the development and optimization of our inventory management system to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with the Vice President to align business development initiatives with company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

Skills:
- Proven experience in business development and project management
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or a diploma in Business Administration.
- Proven experience in business development, particularly within e-commerce.
- Understanding of logistics and service coordination.
- Basic accounting skills and familiarity with financial management.
- Experience in inventory management systems development or optimization is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Vice President.
