We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our North American Customer Service team and take our customer experience to the next level. Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to providing best-in-class service. ? Oversee daily operations, ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and timely order fulfillment. ? Drive continuous improvement, using technology and data to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. ? Collaborate across departments Sales, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure customer priorities are always top of mind.   5+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales ✅ Strong leadership and communication skills in both languages French & English is a must ✅ Experience with ERP systems (Business Central experience is an asset) ✅ A proactive, customer-first mindset and a passion for problem-solving Location: Montréal (Hybrid/On-site Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) ? Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle et/ou en ventes ✅ Solides compétences en leadership et en communication bilinguisme français et anglais obligatoire ✅ Relevant de : la Directrice mondiale, Logistique et Service à la clientèle
