Systems is looking for a Delivery Manager, VMS to lead and grow our MSP/VMS delivery practice. Systems within the MSP community and at client‑facing eventsLead & Develop Your TeamHire, coach, and develop Account Executives and Recruiters specializing in MSP deliveryProvide hands‑on coaching on sales conversations, negotiation, and candidate deliverySet clear expectations, manage performance, and build a culture of accountability and engagementRun a Strong BusinessOwn P&L performance and manage budgets tied to revenue and profitabilityMonitor KPIs, optimize processes, and identify opportunities for improvementEnsure consistent, high‑quality service delivery to enterprise clientsQualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance; OR1–3 years of experience in payroll, AP, or accounting‑related fields.Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).Experience with timesheet processing, accounts payable, and VMS systems (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, Flextrack) preferred.Customer service experience in a professional environment is valued.What We’re Looking For5+ years of success in MSP/VMS staffing as an Account Manager and/or Recruiter2+ years leading teams delivering to high‑volume MSP programs (IT staffing strongly preferred)Proven ability to drive revenue, margin, and performance through teamsStrong client‑facing skills with executive‑level credibilityExperience managing to targets, KPIs, and budgetsPost‑secondary education is an assetSalary$110,000 - 120,000Additional InformationAI may be used in evaluating candidatesAbout S.i.
