Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated individual to join our leadership team as the VP of Operations & Senior Sales Director. In this role, you will not only help manage the operational backbone of the company but will also spearhead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate should have deep-rooted connections within the construction, home improvement, and home renovation sectors, alongside a proven ability to scale startups, especially in tech-driven environments. This is an extraordinary opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic settings and has a passion for building and leading teams. Ideally, you have experience founding your own company, or helped scale a startup from the earlier stages.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction, home improvement, and home renovation industries.
- Manage relationships with existing service providers and partners on our platform.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the executive team.
- Represent Quotograph at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Extensive connections within the construction, home improvement, and home renovation industries.
- Proven track record of sales success and scaling startups.
- Experience founding or leading a startup is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
