Supply Chain Planner

- Backlog management: To manage customer orders to ensure that they are fulfilled in a timely manner and work closely with various departments to prioritize orders based on urgency and customer requirements.
- Supply chain planning: To align with BU on the demand forecast and work on assembly die kitting to ensure supply is able to meet customer demand.
- DOI control: To maintain DOI which involves inventory management, and contribute efforts to reduce excess inventory.
- Divisions revenue plan: To manage shipments to meet BU revenue plan.
- Customers OTD: To ensure customer orders are delivered on time by tracking delivery schedule, and identify any potential delays and communicate with respective team to ensure orders will be delivered on time.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Experience: 2-5 years planning experience.
- Skill: Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel / Word / Power Point).
- Strong analysis skills and ability to work in dynamic conditions.
- Proactive and passionate in planning field.
- Fluent in English in both oral and written.
- Possess strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
