Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs and championing advocacy for our beneficiaries worldwide.

As a Fundraising Administrator, the successful candidate will ensure to contribute towards the development, maintenance and delivery of the charity’s fundraising plan in the region as well as to provide administrative support and oversight, while providing efficient support to fundraisers in the region and Managing regional office requirement by acting as a central point of contact/support from Head office, Exploring new innovative fundraising opportunities, preparing Fundraising resources , procurement of said resources, and collecting of information such as queries and complaints. All in order to ensure smooth running of FR operations, establish lines of communication, ensure value for money, and promote positive working environment.

We are ideally looking to appoint somebody immediately to this role.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Fundraising Administrator

  • To provide administrative support and oversight in a timely fashion
  • Suggest new innovative fundraising opportunities
  • Prepare FR resources , procurement, information collating (FR database)–management, action queries and complaints timely fashion
  • Deliver business continuity in FR Admin operations in general and proactively establishing consistent clear lines of communication

What we’re looking for in our Fundraising Administrator

  • Preferably educated to the degree level
  • Minimum of 1 years in similar post
  • Computer literate and competent with Microsoft products
  • Fluent English, and knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic / Urdu/Bengali & Gujarati a bonus

  • Safeguarding bright futures for more than 22,000 vulnerable orphans in 9 countries. Our one-to-one sponsorship programme has a built-in school attendance requirement while covering the cost of food, housing, medical care, and learning materials
  • Pioneering technologically innovative infrastructure projects in Pakistan, like designing and building a 25-km embankment on the Chenab River in Pakistan. Protecting an entire community from being washed away, the embankment has held back the floods each year, including Pakistan’s worst flooding in a decade during its last monsoon season
