**Overview**

The Fundraising Manager will lead fundraising efforts, develop strategies, engage in community outreach, and manage digital marketing activities, including social media and advertisements. They will also oversee procurement across various marketing channels, such as digital, television, print, radio, and outdoor platforms.

This role entails facilitating fundraising efforts for the organization's benefit, collaborating closely with various departments and divisions to foster departmental growth, functionality, and alignment with organizational objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing**
- Lead on the planning and implementation of Muslim Hands Canada’s marketing and communications strategy.
- Develop marketing budgets and timelines for all the fundraising campaigns, press and associated activities.
- Oversee the design and coordination of all Muslim Hands Canada’s marketing materials, ensuring consistency of message, tone and terminology across all communication channels and appropriate language use for a diverse range of audiences
- Lead and deliver fundraising campaigns through a wide range of communication channels that increase the profile, brand, reputation and influence of Muslim Hands Canada.
- Support the communications team to identify the right audiences, using tools, techniques and channels.
- Oversee and manage the procurements of all marketing such as digital, television, print, radio and outdoor.
- Act as principal liaison with external corporations and PR consultants, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to in all our communications required.

**Community Fundraising**
- Develop and execute community fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and engage mosques, schools, and community organizations supporting our mission.
- Achieve fundraising targets and manage collections at mosques throughout the year.
- Recruit, manage, and engage volunteers for fundraising activities.
- Promote fundraising campaigns through various channels and attend relevant events for networking.
- Book and manage fundraising collections at the Mosques throughout the year, with regular key bookings during Ramadan, Qurbani and other holy periods.

**Major Giving**
- Develop and execute major giving strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Work towards an agreed annual income target and support the management of the major donor expenditure budget.
- Manage a portfolio of major donors and individual prospects to result in gifts of 5000 and above.
- Identify key cultivation opportunities for major donors and prospects throughout the year and ensure its integration in the overall strategy.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and achieve objectives, including forming an effective working relationship with the other departmental managers.
- Coordinate with the Programme department to provide any programmatic feedback, regarding the management of major donors.

**Key Skills and Qualification**:

- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Brings at least 2-3 years’ experience in the charity sector or a managing role, particularly within a fundraising department.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Displays a keen eye for detail and maintains a high level of accuracy.
- Capable of effectively multitasking under pressure.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
