Redhead Equipment has an exciting career opportunity for a Service Manager at our Regina branch. This position will oversee the repair and maintenance of heavy trucking and construction equipment. The Service Manager will provide leadership to a department of professionally trained Service Technicians, Foreman, and Service Administration staff.

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:

  • Exemplary leadership abilities and experience in a similar position
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the equipment service industry
  • Having a Journeyperson certificate in a related field would be beneficial but not necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service in an effective and efficient manner
  • Inspired to identify and capitalize on the significant growth opportunities in the service industry
