**Position: Project Manager (1 position)**

**Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba OR Regina, Saskatchewan**

**Job Type: full-time, permanent, on-site position**

**GENERAL FUNCTION**:
The Project Manager is accountable for the overall development, execution, and completion of projects **in Manitoba and Saskatchewan**. To achieve this objective, their primary responsibilities are:

- Collaboratively determine resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project
- Completions of RFPs for subcontractors, evaluating bids, negotiating price, and ensuring compliance with CSCL subcontractor qualification procedure
- Cost tracking / managing subcontractor costs with internal and external platforms
- Create a detailed work plan, which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Define the scope of project(s) in collaboration with team members and management
- Development of proposals and budgetary pricing for projects or materials, according to the Authority to Sign document
- Liaise with clients and team members to schedule day-to-day operation activities
- Provide clients with milestone reports and budgetary estimates as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-Secondary Education
- Minimum of 4 years of industry / commercial Project Management experience
- Construction experience
- Cathodic protection industry training and experience are considered assets
- Project management credentials (CAPM / PMP are assets)
- Proficient knowledge of PMI standards and practices
- Good presentation skills and excellent oral and written skills are also required
