We're seeking a dynamic and seasoned Lead of Sales and Marketing to spearhead our sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and cultivate vital relationships with universities and dental schools. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Provide mentorship and direction to a team of sales associates and marketing professionals
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key contacts within universities and businesses
  • Conduct compelling presentations and phone outreach to potential clients
  • Collaborate closely with our engineering team to facilitate seamless communication and product development
  • Effectively manage multiple products concurrently
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales and marketing (minimum of 5 years)
  • Outstanding presentation and phone communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and delegate tasks efficiently
  • Strong team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Expertise in managing multiple products and adept at prioritizing tasks
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
