What would you do as a Vice President Engineering and Development

As the Vice President of Engineering and Development at The Bama Companies, you'll be at the forefront of leading and managing a variety of critical tasks that span across multiple functions within our organization. Your role will involve driving both tactical and strategic initiatives in areas such as Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Continuous Improvement, Environmental, Electrical, Process Safety Management, and Sustainability.
