At Jungle Scout, we are on a mission to build the best Amazon competitive intelligence tools for Amazon sellers and brands.

We’re growing and we are looking to add a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to our passionate and customer-first People & Culture team for a 13-month Maternity Leave coverage.

Location: We’re a remote-first company and looking to hire this person anywhere between the PST - EST timezone in Canada (excluding Quebec).

What you will be doing:

  • Full cycle recruitment.You will post jobs, source, review applications, schedule and conduct interviews, and generate offers. You’ll recruit both technical and non-technical positions.
  • TA Projects and Driving Results. You own the impact of TA projects. This includes project management, defining success metrics, delivering results, and addressing issues with SLAs and conversion numbers.Influence, Support, and Collaborate: You will influence at multiple organizational levels to gain support for TA projects and hiring decisions. As a recruiting expert, you will partner with hiring managers to recruit top talent, educate and train hiring teams, and continuously improve our recruiting practices. You will build strong relationships with HRBPs, Hiring Partners, and other TA team members to prioritize work and support business needs.
  • Data & Systems:You deeply understand TA data, metrics, and reports, using these insights to make improvement recommendations and maintain operational excellence with our systems and tools.
  • Mentor.You will proactively seek out opportunities to knowledge-share and level-up the team.
  • Champion Jungle Scout’s Brand. You will drive and champion Jungle Scout’s brand creating new ways to grow its presence.
