Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a pipeline of top talent from multiple market verticals and establishing lasting relationships with high-potential passive candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be Relentlessly Resourceful - Identify and pursue top talent through creative and innovative approaches, including networking and building relationships at industry events and conferences.
  • Network Rigorously - Develop and execute a strategy to aggressively network and build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Stand-out & Be Unique - Represent DarkVision uniquely, positively, credibly, and compellingly to prospective talent, highlighting our award-winning technology and significant market traction.
  • Play the Long Game - Work closely with our Senior Leadership and Talent Solutions teams to identify future talent needs and build a talent pipeline that addresses them.
  • Understand & Articulate our Employer Value Proposition - Spend time with our product, marketing, sales, and executive teams to fully understand how to articulate and pitch our organization, technology, and product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Sales or Recruitment role
  • Experience and ability to pitch to a technical audience
  • Able to travel 50-60% for conferences across North America

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a tech-based recruitment role
  • Experience recruiting for technical sales and engineering roles

Compensation

We anticipate paying $70,000-$120,000. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
