Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, your primary goal will be to identify and engage with Subject Matter Experts to support our content creation initiatives. This will involve building and maintaining talent pipelines, researching new sourcing channels, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and target new sourcing channels to build and maintain pipelines of Subject Matter Experts.
- Improve the searchability of our candidate pools by ensuring candidate information, tags, and associated data are accurate and up-to-date.
- Work with business leaders and the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand sourcing initiatives' needs and requirements.
- Develop and test new AI tools and workflows with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with team members and internal stakeholders.
How Your Success Will Be Measured:
- Number of candidates sourced.
- Candidate quality.
Requirements:
- Self-starter with a passion for search and a keen eye for detail.
- Operational excellence, with experience correctly inputting large amounts of data and automating manual tasks where possible.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
Nice to Haves:
- Previous experience searching for and identifying profiles for recruitment, sales, or marketing teams.
- Knowledge of Boolean and alternative search techniques and tools or an interest in learning these skills.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Experience leveraging and/or creating AI tools.
Salary and Benefits:
This full-time position is available as a hybrid position, with an annual salary in the range of $50,000 to $60,000 CAD. The range is a guide for the expected skills, knowledge, and experience for new hires based in Canada only. Seniority level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
