NIKE LEAD PARTNER REP: Sport Chek Canada

PLEASE NOTE: This is a Full-Time On-site position based out of our Downtown Toronto HQ.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Lead Partner Representative that is passionate about the Nike Brand and will be responsible for leading a portion of our Sport Chek business across Canada.


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  1. You will develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts, and manage gross to net (G2N) for the Sport Chek retail banner.
  2. You will establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Analyzing data is required in this role as it will drive decision making on what product makes up the assortment and how much product to sell in to maintain a healthy inventory level at retail.
  4. You will meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner while maintaining positive relationships with the retailer.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

The successful candidate will join the FGL - Sport Chek team based in Toronto and manage a specific Nike portfolio for all Sport Chek doors. This position reports to the Sr Manager Sport Chek.


WHAT YOU BRING

  1. You have at least 4+ years of experience in strategic account management, driving and executing account strategies.
  2. The ability to instill trust by cultivating positive relationships both cross functionally within Nike and with the account.
  3. A proven track record of leveraging industry, consumer and account data, insights and analytics to make decisions and drive change.
  4. Team first mentality with an enterprise approach to grow both the business and internal culture as part of a ONE TEAM environment.
  5. Problem-solver, with the ability to lead and influence.
  6. Bachelors’ Degree suggested or higher in the field of sales, economics or relevant topic.
  7. Ability to travel as required across Canada & USA.
