Primary point of contact for our distribution partners placing orders with CGC
Receives and processes purchase orders and answers customer inquiries, including follow-up as required, in a timely manner with a consistently high level of quality.
Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with all internal departments.
Positive Team player actively sharing the workload and knowledge.
Supports Sales and Marketing efforts related to specific product focus or information gathering as required.
Responsible for meeting specific individual/team operational metrics as defined in the Customer Service scorecard. Qualifications: Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field. Significant relevant experience would be considered diploma equivalent.
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
Must be a people and results-oriented individual who incorporates and emphasizes safety and quality in all aspects of the daily work environment.
High attention to detail.
Must demonstrate proven success at working independently with a sense of urgency and high level of customer focus.
Bilingual (English and French) is considered an asset. Additional information Monday to Friday with flexibility to adjust start and end times based on business needs.
