Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Engineer at Vircom. The Customer Success Engineer will be responsible for product implementations, troubleshooting, system health checks, and leading managed services for Vircom's security solutions. The role will also involve cybersecurity tasks to ensure the protection of customer people, data and systems.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in providing excellent customer support
- Network Security and Cybersecurity knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the IT or cybersecurity industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
- Understanding of Office 365 or Exchange is a plus
- Understanding of Email protocols (SMTP, SPF, DMARC, etc) is a plus
