Job Details: Description
Reporting to: Maintenance Manager
The mechanical reliability engineer provides technical support to the production and facilities operations and to initiate, prioritize, and execute engineering and maintenance work to improve safety, cost, capacity, and quality.

What you will be doing:
  1. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations associated with site operations
  2. Monitor and investigate various equipment failures, resolve them and prevent from re-occurring
  3. Identify, evaluate and implement ideas to improve reliability and cost effectiveness
  4. Support the design and implementation of capital projects
  5. Support maintenance in repair and modifications to plant equipment
  6. Utilize the site management of change process to make changes to the equipment and facilities
  7. Develop project proposals to address plant needs and opportunities for improvement
  8. Utilize reliability tools to resolve process and equipment availability issues
  9. Work effectively across all levels of the plant organization
  10. Other duties as assigned
What you will bring to the table:

Qualifications:
Skills: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years in an Engineering Role in a Production Environment
Must be able to evaluate written information and make numerical calculations sufficiently well to perform assigned general and specific duties and responsibilities
Excellent communication, prioritization, and interpersonal skills required
Goal and results oriented
Strong organization and planning skills
