Our client in the eCommerce space is looking for a skilled Direct Marketing Manager to join their growing team The primary focus of this role is to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing customer retention, fostering brand loyalty, and driving repeat purchases. The ideal candidate will have expertise in email marketing, SMS marketing, CRM development, and a strong understanding of e-commerce customer behavior.Responsibilities:Develop and execute retention marketing strategies leveraging email and SMS channels to drive repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value.Implement targeted email and SMS campaigns to engage customers and encourage them to return to our Shopify store or Amazon platform.Develop and optimize automated email and SMS workflows to nurture customer relationships and encourage subscription sign-ups for our product.Lead the development and implementation of CRM strategies and tools to effectively segment and personalize communication with customers.Utilize customer data and analytics to identify key insights and opportunities for improving retention efforts.Collaborate with the product team to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.Monitor and analyze retention metrics, including repeat purchase rate, churn rate, and subscription retention, to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce retention marketing, email marketing, SMS marketing, and CRM development to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
