Conduct legal risk assessments relating to proposed business and operational decisions and work with business leaders to mitigate risks to stakeholders around both health and privacy matters
Provide timely and practical legal advice regarding the company’s day-to-day operations
3-5 years’ experience in the healthcare, or privacy sectors, and familiarity with regulated environments acquired within a company or in private practice
~ Bachelor's degree in civil law (LL.Strong legal acumen, fostering collaboration and adept problem-solving skills
~ Skilled in writing, negotiating, and managing multiple priorities and files simultaneously
~ Effective communicator, adept at fostering relationships with multidisciplinary teams internally and externally, including legal professionals, in corporate settings
~ Capable of autonomously developing programs, policies, processes, and other documentation
~ Bilingual in French and English, crucial for communication and collaboration with stakeholders across Quebec, Canada, and the United Kingdom via email and telephone
